A few points to mention on our customer response, first we are not a BUY HERE PAY HERE lot and we never have and will never be, Second Mr*** first said that he test drove the vehicle by himself because our salesman was busy!! WE never ever join a test drive anyways, also THE VEHICLE WAS 100% sold on 01/05/and supported by documents signed by the customer, matter of fact we have flipped the title on to Mr***'s name on 01/26/and paid $in sales tax to the TITLE DEPARTMENT,so how is it 02/05/2015, also he was due for his first payment to his lender on 02/05/which is the date he claims that was his first day in that vehicle, the mentioning that we plan to accept a divided down payment just to let this vehicle go is absolutely not true we just do it sometimes for trusted customers, then again Mr*** had this vehicle in his position for full days now and he bought it with odometer reading 128,on January 5th meaning if the vehicle had a water pump leak and was of time plus a bended valve it will never even run or be able to drive, we wonder how many miles on the odometer today to determine how many miles was it driven for ? also in regard of the warranty was given at the point of sale is from a third party company that we buy this service contract and give to our customers and it does cover a powertrain with the exclusions of some things like if the timing belt is not broke they will not replace it because it's considered a maintenance
Last we would still like to help: WE WILL ACCEPT TO TAKE THE VEHICLE BACK, we received $as a down payment minus $sales tax paid to the government, equal $due to Mr***
Please let me know if this will resolve the issue and we will require the customer to bring our vehicle back here

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
There was no offer to assist in repairs to the vehicle, which is currently in broke down in KentuckyI did have the timing replaced, I myself replaced the water pump as per the agreement with decentrideof course they let me make up the down payment in two paydays how else were they going to unload this unsafe vehicle,*** states it was degrees out when I test drove it when in FACT it was closer to degrees out all the stickers had been removed from the vehicle prior to my arrival and *** the salesman did not go with me because he was the only one there I was told,he did follow me back to my work so I could drop off my *** *** that I bought elsewhere based on the same sale talk that *** gave and have not had any problems with and drove the car I bought to and from there all the time extolling the process the put their vehicle thru before they put them up for sale,I had also heard from a friend that they did not sell junk apparently this car fell thru the cracks(maybe because they had fired the mechanic as *** told me) I am legally deaf in one ear and only have 60-percent in the other ear so yes I based my decision to buy based on bill's talk and the fact that they gave a mile/month warranty with it,BUT as I found out when I took it to the attached to get an estimate that is when ALL the problems came to light and also the fact that none of what they mentioned was covered by said warranty so they wanted $to do water pump and timing belt which I could not afford so I did the water pump and had an ase mechanic do the timing belt, that is when I was informed that the car has a bent valve due to the fact that it jumped time this could be because the water pump was leaking for so long before decentride decided quitw a few day's later when I went to pay the balance of down payment that it would behoove them to cut me a deal because they still hadn't hired a mechanicdecentride ststes I have had the car days I bought it on 2/5/and drove it for about weeks before the deal was made with them for the water pumptoday being 2/19/would suggest I have only had the car about days and probably 8/of those it has been undrivable! I strongly think they should take this car back and I am willing to start over with a diffent car, as for the the special fininacing they arranged that lender should be placed on some sort of censure for financing me anyhow as my credit is poor at best due to a divorce, my initial impression was the financing was going to go thru decentride as they claim to be a buy here pay here lot, so all told the car cost almost $plus what I have in it for repairsIf I cannot get anywhere with the Revdex.com then I will look into a lawyer to enforce Ohio's lemon lawbut I can not and will not put anymore money into this carI feel they were wrong in selling it like that that, they used deceptive advertising on their website, deceptive practice as to the warranty, and they use a subprime lender so they can get the money the sooner the better and tell they unsuspecting customer their on their on their own basiccalyI will fax copies of the emails between myself and *** about when I found the leaking problem to you on 2/20/where he reitierates they did not have a mechanic to do any repairs to the carand no I have not heard anything from the dealer to date
Regards,
*** ***

Fist I have a correction Mr. [redacted] purchased the vehicle on JANUARY 5th 2015 not FEBRUARY 5th as he stated so it has been 35 days since he purchased the vehicle and he stated that the vehicle was running at the time he came in to test drive and that is what we do always when it is bellow 0 degrees...

outside for our customers comfort as well as the vehicle safety, and we did help him with special finance as well and he did owe us a $500 balance from the down payment and we gave him a couple of weeks to come up with that amount as a curtesy, then when he came to bring the amount owed he mention the water pump issue so we asked him if we only take $250 from the amount he owe and gave him the other $250 as to help him fis that issue and he agreed and seemed appreciative, we thought that we had another happy customer!! and he obviously signed an AS IS form at the time of purchase and also he was givin a 3 month / 4500 power train warranty. So at this point we don't think that we mistreated Mr. [redacted] .
