Review: I ordered a pair of sneakers at the AfroPunk Festival on 8/**/13. I was told the order would take two weeks to arrive to me. I paid $60 cash (Their credit card machine was broken). I told her I needed a receipt, and they wrote one out on pen and paper. It is now 10/*/2013, 7 weeks later, and still no sneakers. As other complainers have mentioned, there is no phone number. Only facebook and email. I have received no email response, however on facebook, my last response was over two weeks ago stating they will look into it. On 10/**2013 I send another message requesting an update, and that if they do not respond in 3 business days, then I will file a complaint. I want my money back at this point. I could care less about the sneakers.Desired Settlement: Full refund.

Review: I ordered 4 items from this company on line paid for the merchandise with a credit card that was on june * right away I gat an email back saying that the got the monies about $268.00 the advertisement states that it will take 7 to 10 days before it should be mailed out as of today the [redacted] of june I have not gotten another e mail or heard anything about my merchandiseDesired Settlement: I would like the company to live up to their advertisement or I would like to get my monies back as soon as possible
