I am responding to the recent complaint (# [redacted] ) that was received from your organization on July 25th, 2014, and to share with you an account of what has transpired to date The fence was successfully completed on December 6th, with the final balance promptly paid on December 19, with complete satisfaction from the customer, of the work completed We received a call in February in regards to an issue with the double gate leaf, in that it was cracked in two locations and would be in need of repairI met with the customer and stated that we would repair the damaged gate, without questioning whether it was a manufacturer’s warranty or not and agreed that the company would cover the cost of the gate leaf and installationIt was agreed to that we would commence with the repair in spring, after we began our residential installations There in fact have been several delays in getting the repair completed, yet I am happy to say that it has been completed and at no charge to the customer Sincerely, [redacted] Afsco Fence Company
