Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: After numerous attempts to communicate with this business, the business has ignored my calls and messages since September There is no communication at all because the owner or staff do not answer or return callsBusiness owner promised me several times a dead line to complete the work that turned into broken promises, this is when my calls and messages were unansweredI am now out of temporary housing now, I was forced to get an apartment paying rent, paying my mortgage and utilities at the same time so my home does not go into foreclosure, this owners' inconsistency and failure to perform his job has made it very difficult for me and my family Attached is a picture of my property [redacted] This is the way my home looks which makes it unlivable and it has been like this for several months nowThe owner should not have waited to communicate this information but failed to do so after several calls, messages and writing to Revdex.com I do not trust the owner or his staff will be honest and do the right thingOn 12/2/16, the business owner Clevester B [redacted] had his receptionist "Bernadette "call me and stated that the business owner would like to know if I want him to continue the work on the property or refund the money to meWithout hesitation I requested the money to be refunded and this business owner was fired due to failure to complete the work, failure to communicate, failure to reach a reasonable deadline after getting paid in fullThe receptionist called back and I was to meet the business owner the following week on 12/7/After waiting for two hours I discovered the business owner had no intentions to refund the money as promised and lied to me againI want a refund for the remaining balance and I want to put this nightmare behind meand my family Regards,

I am responding to a complaint which was filed by *** *** (my daughter) on 9/10/in the matter concerning restoration to my home by After Disaster Restoration Services LLCThough some of the issues in her complaint are partly true, there are others which are completely falseI have been in
constant communication with the company and do know what the status of the progress of work isWhile there have been delays, I have been kept informed as to why they are happening and when they are expected to be resolvedThe project has taken longer than expected to be completed, but again, there were some factors which caused those delays that were beyond either the contractor's or my controlThus far, the work which has been completed has met my expectations and I eagerly await the completion of the project so that I may return to my home

new requirement for the license is that one employee be OSHA 30 Safety Certified. This set us back as we had to meet the new requirement.  Certificate of completion and passing OSHA 30 requirement attached.
