I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  The company should refund the second service charge as well as the part. If the tech had said it was the water pressure the first time and NOT replaced a part that was in fact not bad then I would not have had to paid a second service charge! The company was paid for the work that was done. The second time all he did was stand there and decided it was the water pressure. Which by the way..it was NOT!

Good morning. I have contacted the consumer to send a technician to her home and verify that unit is still not working. Once verified we will contact accounting dept. to make a proper resolution. Customer is grateful and agreed. Thank you for your time today.

We do apologize for Ms. [redacted]'s rejection, however Platinum Factory Service provided a service to the consumer and found the issue on both visits the water pressure is to high after changing the dispenser.   We will gladly refund the part price $55.66. If the consumer repaired the pressure and has a new part and the unit is functioning properly, Platinum Factory should be paid for the service performed.  I spoke to the service director and we are deeply sorry the customer is unhappy with our service but we stand by the parts return only. Thank you for your time today.

Hello, I do apologize our customer is not receiving the receipt. Here is the following information and I have also attached a copy of the fax that I previously sent to customer. I am currently mailing the customer a receipt via us mail. Once again we do apologize every attempt to email and fax...

The new company came in and the issue was identified.   If your service techs don't care about helping the customer and facilitating a resolution that speaks volumes about your company.  Consumers have the right to know when bad business is conducted.  The matter can closed after this but you are correct that your service tech is not welcome back in my home.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and although the business skirted around the issues, we have accepted a buyout from the warranty company.  After platinum cancelled three times in a row and lied to us the fridge is still broken.  They told us the senior tech was injured with our parts at his home, but when he came he told us the company forced him to drive his parts to another technician before our cancelled service appointment.  The senior tech they sent out ordered new doors, but said it would work until the doors arrived because he had replaced the seals.  The fridge is not usable so the warranty company made us an offer we accepted.
