We do apologize for Ms [redacted] 's rejection, however Platinum Factory Service provided a service to the consumer and found the issue on both visits the water pressure is to high after changing the dispenser We will gladly refund the part price $If the consumer repaired the pressure and has a new part and the unit is functioning properly, Platinum Factory should be paid for the service performed I spoke to the service director and we are deeply sorry the customer is unhappy with our service but we stand by the parts return onlyThank you for your time today

I am writing you today in response to [redacted] 's refund in the amount of $225.00, which is included on my statement dated September 2, We sent a technician to customers home on September 5th of The technician found the detergent dispenser line not working and ordered part and customer paidTechnician returned to home on September 10th of and installed the new part and unit was working as designedTotal cost of repair was On September 19, of Ms [redacted] called in, and stated unit was leaking we have a day policy that if the problem still exist we send a technician back to home free of chargeWe did soOn September 22, the technician went back to the home and called the Manufacture of the product and they tested the unit togetherThe technical support stated that water pressure is too high coming into the house and for customer to put in a water regulator for proper performanceCustomer agreed to do soOn November 26th, Ms [redacted] called again to our office stated the unit is leaking out of the front of the washerWe scheduled for the 28th of NovemberThe technician once again tested all operations and found no leaks, again instructed customer pressure is too high and will need regulatorsCustomer paid a service call charge of On December 8th customer contacted our office stating she wants a full refund I apologized to the consumer and spoke to our Service Director he agreed to refund customer the cost of the parts however, no labor or service call will be refundedI contacted customer back on December 8th at 1:in the afternoon leaving her a message that we will gladly refund parts only and she needs to contact me and left our numberCustomer called our office and spoke to me on December 8th at 3:and stated denies part reimbursement and wants all money paid back to herShe stated she will report us to Revdex.com and bash us on Face book and whoever else will listenAfter Hours Appliance Repair will stand behind our work and accommodate our customersI once again contacted customer for part reimbursement of this morning and again no reply however I left another messageI have enclosed a copy of the work ordersPlease investigate this dispute and can you provide us with a written statement of the outcome Thank you for your time and attention to this matterSincerely, After Hours [redacted] Billing Supervisor/AsstManager
