Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/02/11) */ this custermer called me I towed the car for to tow when car got here it was in pieses distibuter was in wrong and plugs were badf we replaced plugs reset distributer and timed this car it still didn't have much powere its old and commpreion was week he picked it up and called me I had him bring it back he said that the heater wasn't working I put a thermastate in it the one he put in was backwards the plugs again were changed thinging maybe they were not gapped right it was low as heck on oil we filled it I ppersonaly called him said its running lots better he said I love that car I told him there was a additional charge of he cused me and said I would be sorry for charging him I told my mechanic if I wasn't here when he came in to give him it no charge this time two weeks went buy I seen him in town driving he called me and ask if I had his old coil we replaced I said yes its sitting here still he neaver said anything else

this custermer couldn't be more wrong they bought moter and had it shipped to me that one was bad they got another one which took time to get shipped the moter was put in on doing so there radiator was leaking so it was replaced they picked
there car up drove fine and was then checked after one month moter was great these folks hadn't changed oil in the first moter for miles it blew up then when they brought it back transmission was gone we cant control people who refuse to check there fluieds and don't take care of there cars no danger to anyone was there as far as trans bolts being gone these folks have a record of doing things to there car that makes it unsafe one thing they wired radio with electrical wires ran them thru vents didn't check fluids again I told them trans was bad they said it was because of moter I had nothing to do with transmission I replace two moters the charges were told to them up front and I even took payments im sorry they feel the way they do but after hours done a good job on these peoples car and by no way should get there money back for work done they picked bad moter we changed twice with only one charge these parts were all put in as they were needed nothing was rigged again I feel for them but I also feel we are not responsible for this mishap thank you
