After Hours Tires

This is in response to the letter we recieved on 10/10/2015, concerning a customer unsatisfied with our services.On or about Tuesday November 5th, *** County Central Dispatch summond After Hours Tires & Towing recovery personel to respond to an accident scene in ***, NYTime of call was
about 11:00pm.After Hours recovery personel arrived on scene adhearing to a strict response time set forth by all law inforcment to remain on response rotationUpon arrival, After Hours Tires recovery personel engaged the accedent scene swiftly to promply remove vehicle, and make any and all attempts to restore the flow of traffic, preserve property, and surrondingsVehicle was positioned in such a way requiring recovery personel to perform multiple winching operations to achieve a position for positive placment of vehicle for safe, swift loadingVehicle was loaded while leaking multiple fluids (anti-freeze,oil,transmission fluid)Recovery personel required to restore accedent scene to a condition safe for traffic and surrounding pedestriansMultiple 75lbs.bags of absorbant were delpoyed and used to contain mass amount of fluids on scene.After Hours recovery personel advised by *** Police that the operator of said vehicle was under arrest for driving while intoxicatedRecovery oersonel advised Mr*** that he had struck a telephone pole several blocks prior to accedent scene, resulting in two accedent scenes to address and cleanRecovery personel also advised Mr*** of appoximate pricing on scene Recovery personel advised by *** Police that registered owner of the vehicle was not Mr***After Hours Tires & Towing was contacted by Mr.*** the following day and again Mr *** was advised of the pricing as well as the laws of property release, and After Hours policy of property releaseAfter Hours Tires & Towing cannot and will not release any property to anyone other than that the registered owner of the vehicle with out proper autherization from law enforcment, registered ownerIn this case Mr.*** had his work items in the vehicle and informed us that he will loose job if he didn't get his belongings back in a couple hoursDue to after hours policy we don't usually return any property,but in this case we felt badAfter Hours relizes that certain situations go beyond the norm and in this case the living So After Hours accepted a small amount of payment toward the bill so that Mr *** may get some of his work items out of the vehicle while still adhering to our local laws, and company policyHow ever, upon direct knowledge, the license plates on the vehicle cannot be returned to anyone other than a documented representative for the estate of the deceased.Furthermore if After Hours Tires does not recieve full payment with in days the vehicle become abandond and may be desposed of in any way we see fit.After Hours would like to express that our company is one of the most economicly viable recovery companies operating in this regionWe strive to mantain a strict professional working relationship with any and all customers.We are saddened for Mr.***s loss of his step mom, but we are bound by law, and company policy to fuction as we doWe are also saddened that the facts of this situation escape Mr.***, however After Hours recovery personel still awaits payment in whole for our reasonable services that has been provided on the day in questionWe thank you for the chance to responded it is our hopes that we can impress upon Mr.*** no ill doing in this matter, as this is a simple procedure,and a positive out come to an other wise horrific scene caused by Mr.***Thank you, Managment
