After Market Marine

Review: I placed an order with this business on 04/30/2015. It was for electronic ignition,spark plug wires ,a rotor and cap for a 1987 Four Winns boat.It took five days for the order to arrive at my house. The outside packaging was fine however the box inside was not. The inner box was beat up and open and missing a key part. I also paid extra for a set of spark plug wires which were incorrect. I called the company and informed them what was going on and the gentleman told me they would send the correct spark plug wires to me if I would ship the wrong ones back. I told him no problem. He also said they would replace the missing ignition part. The ignition part came but I have yet to receive the wire that I paid for. It has been over a month and have called them eight times.Each time I call the person who answers is very short with me and has a different story each time. At first I was told they were on their way. The second time I was told they shipped them to a different person with my name in Michigan. After that I was told they were out of stock. Then I was told they were on their way,and the last time I called he said they are on back order. I have asked for them to be honest with me to no avail.How can they tell me one time they were shipped and the following time that they are on back order. I dealt in good faith with these people only to be treated unfairly.Desired Settlement: I want the correct spark plug wires sent to my house immediately. I have been waiting for over a month to get my boat in the water.
