Review: A couple weeks ago I ordered a glass plate for a [redacted]. After being told it would be a week or so I called back and they could not locate my order under my name. It was eventually found under another person's name which I requested the invoice be fixed but the person I spoke with refused to correct it and asked me to take care of it when I picked up the part. I went to pick up the part last Saturday on October 25, 2014. As this was a glass plate I opened the box to inspect the glass and since it was not broken took my order and left. When I arrived home I found that I was charged for a thermal rope that I did not receive. I called the store 15-20 minutes before closing and asked them to credit my card since they didn't include the rope. The person who answered the phone refused, said they were turning off the lights and closing up shop and to call back Monday.

I called today (Tuesday 10/29/14) to get a credit and the person I spoke with refused to credit my card again and informed me that I would have to drive the 30+ minutes to pick up the part. Then when I said I didn't need the part it was that I needed to come down to the store with their invoice and my credit card receipt to prove that I should get a credit because I could be anybody. Which was still under another person's name because the first person I spoke to never fixed the invoicing error. I then asked who he was and he identified himself as a manager. I said I was going to take my business elsewhere which he said was good idea if I was going to be this difficult. I then asked for the owner which then he seemed to change his mind and said he would issue a credit but did not say when which is not reassuring in the least.Desired Settlement: I just want the money refunded to my card for the thermal rope and the owner to be aware how the employees are treating customers.
