Aftershock Decals

Only on Amazon do you hear positive reviews. No where else. NO ONE hears from this guy on email replies. No one gets the product they ordered. Everyone loses their money. I was suckered too. Stay away.

Review: I ordered two decals from Aftershock Decals on August 2nd or 3rd, 2014 around 5pm. My total was only $10.98 (pmt was deducted from my account Aug 4th, 2014) so for these two decals I was pretty excited that I got a deal. I received an email shortly after from [redacted] that stated "Thanks for Your Order, Your order ID is #[redacted], prices, as well as my shipping&billing information. I have not heard anything back from this company in regards to my item has shipped or anything. I have emailed the email listed on the website [redacted] for any questions I might have three times, with no reply. I called the number listed ###-###-#### and it just rang and rang when I finally got connected to a voicemail with no information listed that it was an actual company. It does list a first name on the website of [redacted], not sure who this is. I had read some bad reviews on facebook, but the reviews on ebay & amazon were all mostly greatly. I just want my money back, or for them to ship my items to me. On the website it specifically states "Customer Service is their #1 priority and if you aren't 100% satisfied you can receive your money back" How can I be satisfied if I can't even receive the items I ordered, let alone receive and email back or a call back? I WANT MY MONEY BACK & FOR THIS BUSINESS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!Desired Settlement: I want my money back & for this website (business) to be shut down. From what I have read on more recent posts on facebook A LOT of people have had problems very similar if not exactly the same as mine. I believe this is unfair and completely ridiculous.
