On occasion we do receive orders processed through our website that are fraudulent in natureWe have put in very strict processes and implemented all of the recommended safe guards to limit the number of fraudulent transactions that occur, but no system can stop all fraudIn this particular matter, the source of the fraud did not occur on our websiteThis customers credit card data was compromised from some other source and was then used to purchase product on our websiteThis customer needs to contact their credit card company to alert them of this problem and have a new credit card issued to themCredits for these charges will then process automatically

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.When I contacted Revdex.com about this matter I also contacted my bank to cancel the debit/credit card used to charge items at AFTERSHOKZThe company in their reply suggest that I do so and say that then credits will automatically be issuedI do not understand if AFTERSHOKZ will issue the credits, and if so whenI have already done what they say I should doWhat now?
