Our Manager has been in contact with this customerOur sales person mentioned at the time of sale that if a 2nd key showed up, he would make sure he received itIt was not a promise that there was a 2nd keySince this time, we have given
the customer $*** for an additional key, because it is important for our dealership to ensure that customer satisfaction is our number one priorityThe customer was aware that there was no satellite radio at time of purchaseIt is never our intention to falsely advertise anything that is not factualHowever, sometimes our computer system defaults certain information to the list of accessories of our vehicles but typically we catch it and have it removedOur Manager even offered to take back this vehicle on two occasions, due to the fact that the customer seemed not to be satisfiedThe customer refused both offers, saying that he liked the vehicleIn our opinion, we have done everything possible to try and satisfy this customerWe are rated as one of the top Mazda dealerships in Canada, based on our customer experienceIt is unfortunate that this customer does not feel the same way about his experience

The manager did NOT reach out to customer at ANY point, all communication was started by customer and it was a challenge to get anyone on the phone and never once was an email returned, shameful way to business
Acknowledge receipt of $*** but it had nothing to do with the keyThe $*** was for a set of headrest that the dealer failed to include as promised, all of this in confirmed in writing from dealerThe headrest were not part of this complaint, that issue is closedThis further confirms that dealer is confused and demonstrates complete lack of attention to detail
Key WAS promised and not delivered contrary to dealer's positionIn hindsight, a line should have been written into contract to keep dealer honestThey promised one thing and did another, classy
Excuse about satellite radio is not acceptable, if it's advertised, it's expected, another confirmation of sloppy business practices
Nowhere in the above response to initial Revdex.com complaint is there an apology for dealer lying to customer about delivery of title, it is utterly disgusting that dealer would lie to costumer and it clear that dealer is not "big" enough to admit itWhile it may be true that other customers had a great experience at this dealership, this customer did not so it means absolutely nothingNot satisfied with response and salesman's performanceNot good enough guy's

It is unfortunate that this customer feels the way they do about our business practices and experienceAs mentioned, in my earlier response, our manager offered for this customer to return the car on at least occasions, earlier on in the transactionObviously the customer recognized that he did get a good and fair deal or he would have taken him up on this offerThe $*** was actually hand delivered to him because he lives out of our area, as a goodwill gestureIt is disappointing to know that this customer feels that we do business in a shameful sloppy mannerWe feel that we did everything to try and satisfy this customer

[redacted] We do credit checks on absolutely every person that purchases a vehicle, this is a necessary...

requirement from our lenders. Our [redacted] always explains in details any issues or concerns that might arise from a loan contract. This issue we feel is an issue between he and [redacted] where she did not take any responsibility for the loan and he ended up being responsible. This is very sad, but it is something that happens when you co-sign with someone that is not going to be accountable.

[redacted] at Kentville Mazda did not inform me the car was my collateral and my name should have been on the vehicle permit and/or ownership papers. He assured me that everything was good with [redacted] credit.
I asked [redacted] what would happened if she did not pay for the loan and he told me that [redacted] will sell the car and the money will go towards the loan and myself and [redacted] will have to pay the outstanding balance.

When speaking with [redacted], they said [redacted] did not have the right to say those things because he doesn't know what the bank will do in matters like this.

With the money that [redacted] was receiving monthly from Workman's Comp and her income was far less than the debts she was paying. [redacted] has a home and income that could have been seized upon the non payments at the bank.

My concern is if Kentville Mazda and [redacted] did a proper credit check on [redacted] then why did she declare bankruptcy a month later and[redacted] continued to pay the car loan for 2 years so that her credit would be re-established. If this is the case, she should never be able to obtain a loan and should have to pay the loan off. Kentville Mazda nor [redacted] tried to obtain the funds from [redacted], they just came after me because I was the co-signer. Is this a normal practice?

After reviewing the loans application why did [redacted] indicate on the application [redacted] outstanding credit card balances, other car loans that she was paying. [redacted]

I am seeking that this loan be paid in full, my credit re established and the funds taken from my account be repaid to me. If this is not done or this matter be dealt with immediately, I seek further assistance from my lawyer who is basically said to me that I should be suing for damages from Kentville Mazda, [redacted] and[redacted].

Our dealership ensures that ethical practices, professionalism and full disclosure is provided to each customer. We pride ourselves on an extremely high level of customer satisfaction. I was contacted by [redacted] regarding this matter. He did not offer to revise the financing arrangements. He asked if I would send a bank draft to the dealership to purchase the vehicle instead. I made financing arrangements with my bank and purchased the vehicle that way.
