Thank you for advising AFX of Mr [redacted] concerns.We are unable to identify the fixture Mr [redacted] is referring to as an AFX fixture or that the support line called is an AFX phone numberThe part number provided 3650L is not a valid part number with AFXWe found supplier Lights of America when we google searched this part numberAFX has not discontinued any LED shoplight since January, we do not have any men in our Customer Service Department and have no record of [redacted] leaving messages on Customer Service voice mail We take pride in our quick Customer Service responses and have received many compliments from consumers stating how pleased they are with our service Taking this information info consideration we require further information assistance to validate the part number in question is AFX and identify where Mr [redacted] has been calling Need the following:Original purchase receipt showing place of purchase, date of purchase and sku numberPhone number he has been calling If he does not have original receipt need:Name of store where purchased ( [redacted] ??)Date of purchaseFull model number off inside channel of fixture and/or copy of instruction sheet that will have sku number, manufacturer name and Customer Service phone number Thank you [redacted] Manager, Customer Service [redacted]
