Review: Old patio removed and replaced with concrete that was horribly done. Top of concrete is uneven, has holes and is pitted. Clean-up was not completed (concrete splatter on house siding and shutters), rain puddles in 2 places on patio and runs into side garage door, driveway was ruined by workers with concrete splatter around area where it meets new patio and there are large scrapes where workers dragged things on the driveway. Owner Mr. S[redacted] indicated that he would be doing the job himself when he gave the quote on 5/15/14 and on 5/30/14 when he was paid half the amount up front before the job was done a couple of days later. Two other people showed up to do it. On 6/7/14 when he came to collect the balance, we pointed out all the problems and he said they would be taken care of to our satisfaction. To date, they have not. We have called and texted many times over the past 2 1/2 months, with Mr. S[redacted] promising he'd be back "soon". We also sent a registered letter asking for a response within a specific time period which he did not reply to.Desired Settlement: We would like the issues listed above fixed. If he is unwilling to do that, we would like a refund.
