I accepted the contract from AG Contractors for facia repair on a Thursday and the work was done by the next WednesdayThey did exactly what they were hired for and completed the job while I was on vacationThey are efficient and dependableI will definitely use this Company for my future roofing repairs

Customer was billed for *** work completed at a job site in Broomfield more than 140-days ago, and was billed for this work 134-days ago Currently, his final *** inspection has failed due to work performed by other subs on the job, and he is claiming that we need to correct defective work that was not part of our bid/scope of work in order to pass his final *** inspection even though I explicitly stated that our company would have nothing to do with *** work performed by other (licensed/non-licensed) entities

everyone has their side of the story:I hired [redacted] to do good work and he did.  That fact the bothers me is that we incurred additional cost due to [redacted] triggering the domino effect of causing constant delays of the inspection of the entire project and the cooler which did not need to be inspected to begin with.  With [redacted] calling the inspector it caused the inspector to demand a third party inspection of the cooler.  The cooler installers were provided by a cousin of another liquor store.  They installed a cooler in the same Broomfield jurisdiction and the same Code jurisdiction.  in General the city of Broomfield does not inspect coolers.  The coolers works great and did not need to be inspected.  I Quote "The city of Broomfield does not inspect coolers or do they inspect the INTERNAL wiring of coolers).  But apparently [redacted] the owner of [redacted] inspects coolers and has his opinion of the INTERNAL WIRING of coolers and who works on them.  The coolers come pre wired and the installers connects everything.  This is not the first time that I had a p[redacted]lem with this Electrician.  [redacted] also came out to another job that I hired him and was paid in full.  The owner asked [redacted] (owner of Electrical) to fix an outlet and he suggested before fixing an outlet he would have to do a lot of cleaning  of [redacted] in another place before he can fix the outlet.  He did clean up the [redacted] mess and was paid directly from the owner.  When the AG Contractor customer tried the outlet it did not work.  She called him numerous time and she was very upset of  what happened.  He took the money and did not come back to the job.  It seams like he likes to work up people to get additional work and get paid for it without finishing the job.  But this will be another complaint from AG Contractors through the Revdex.com About [redacted] (the owner of Electrical).  I will too will call the Attorney General, Complain to the Revdex.com  and seek legal advise towards the 2 jobs.   Now I have (2) [redacted] customers at AG contractors because I brought the same electrician.  Both customers told me they Do not want "[redacted]" to step ground on there property any more!I feel horrible that I have to listen to customers complaining about my Sub contractors.  This is [redacted] fault the owner of [redacted] and not [redacted] with AG contractors.

[redacted] came out and bid the job prior to any work done.  We excepted the  bid and moved forward with the project.   we had schedualed an inspection and the inspection failed do to work not being completed.  I asked [redacted] to come back again and finish the work and...

he did.  He also saw that the cooler installers were installing the cooler and the [redacted] for the cooler.  He was very mad and upset that the were doing the work.  The cooler electric had nothing to do with [redacted]  AG Contractors had nothing to do with the cooler installation nor did [redacted].  However [redacted] the owner of [redacted]  called the inspector and told him something and that is when everything went bad.  We ended getting constant rejection for inspections.  The owners of the Liquor place where very upset that [redacted] stuck his nose in something that was on the way to be inspected and passed.  I believe that [redacted] requested that the cooler should be inspected by a third party inspection which cost the owner $1500.00.   On top of that that they still hired him to fix the p[redacted]lems associated with the outer [redacted] of the cooler and other things which cost another $2600.00.           I tried to talk to [redacted] to settle for a price and he answered he does not feel any pity for anyone.  There fore the owners of the liquor place where extremely upset and did not want to deal [redacted] and his Company.  they just want to be done with him        I believe that [redacted] should adjust his price to remove $1500.00 for the cooler inspection which he is the one that suggested that  (NON OF HIS BUISNESS).  That is non of his business who inspectS the cooler.  We lost money on [redacted] side due to [redacted] talking to the inspectors behind the owners back and behind AG CONTRACTORS BACK.   (BAD FOR PROFESIONAL BUISNESS)
