To Whom it May Concern,I am righting this letter in reference to complaint *** that I received in the mail today. There are a few things that *** *** has correct and there are quite a few she does notI will break down her complaint as followed:Mrs*** stated that they have
been customers with us for the past years. She is correct. She said that she has had problems with Ag Country and delayed deliveries. She is correct on that as well but, she did however left out the fact their account for the past 3-years has consistently been past due, My office manager has to repeatedly call in order to get a payment. When their account gets so far behind we are reluctant to keep delivering propane cause we are not a non-profit organization. I have expressed to them on several times the importance that deliveries are due within days of delivery, something that she has never adhered to. I have copies of statements showing due dates and when actual payments are made. *** has come to me personally and explained his health issues and I expressed concern for the predicament he was in. I actually delivered gallons to him and *** on 12/16/invoice number *** and charged it to *** *** fund that I set up for just these type of purposes. I did not tell them it was from me personally cause I did not want to receive the glory for the kind act.Her husband did call my home number on a weekend and left a message but I was out of town till the following Wednesdayand did not receive it till I got home. Had he listened to the message on the company voice mail he would have been able to call the correct emergency number during my absence and the issue would have been resolved sooner.The day she referenced that, we told her we would deliver was correct and when my driver did get to their driveway it was extremely muddy due to the fact that we have had an above year for moisture. My driver felt that the truck would become stuck if we attempted to make the deliveryWe then went back the next morning on the freeze so we could deliver without getting stuck. We made a special trip to make their delivery which is over miles round trip and did not charge them any extra charges for doing so.I am very sorry that she and *** are having health problems and that things are difficult for them. I don't feel that it is my responsibility to continue to delivery a product that in turn, causes extra time by my staff to get a payment for. They have a current balance of $of which $is past due. *** has called me on my cell phone numerous times in the past but never once called it when they were so concerned about my unresponsiveness.
