Review: I bought this from SEARS online but it came from these guys. They sent me something different than the SEARS site but that may be SEARS fault. The problem arose when I tried to return it to SEARS and they said I'd have to either to go to Brooklyn and return it or pay for shipping. So this company told me that they wouldn't accept the return unless I shipped it and the lady was so nasty on the phone she said they may not accept it and I would be risking $10 for shipping it that they wouldn't refund.

Not the product that I wanted but the customer service I don't deserve. These guys are very unprofessional.Desired Settlement: I still have 3/4 of the bulbs still in package because because the 1st one didn't work right. Just send me the right one or pay for return shipping when you do tricky ads on SEARS

Ordered a wheel to replace one on a dolly that had a flat. The order went though on Friday fine. On Monday, I received an email stating that my order was canceled with no reason given. I called and they said only there was a security issue. Very poor customer service to cancel an order rather than call the customer and try to rectify the problem and save the sale.

I ordered window boxes from Walmart, the ad clearly stated the quantity was 12, the confirmation stated a quantity of 12. AG only shipped one and has nor been willing to honor the advertised quantity. Walmart would not stand behind the advertisement either.

Had the misfortune of ordering Dutch Glow Amish Wood Furniture Polish from Life and Home through Amazon. The product turned out to be worthless and did not work as advertised on TV (Deceptive advertising) and they charged me $5 more than the advertised price. I requested an RMA to return it, which they promptly provided. HOWEVER, the requirements for returning the products end up costing more than what I paid for the product. I guess this is their way to discourage proper from returning anything. They want you to insure AND certify the return. The cost of the that plus the postage is more than the cost of the product. I will never buy anything from this company again. Amazon is just as bad as they washed their hands from this transaction even though I bought it through them. BUYER BE WARE and avoid this company.
