I made a transaction with said name businness on Friday February 23, but after reviewing the purchase with my associates I realized it wasn’t a sound choiceOn Saturday February 24th I returned to the Jewelers and asked to cancel the transaction as I had not yet received the products I purchasedThe store would not comply and said they have a no refund policy, I notified them I have up to days to cancel any transaction and they disputed thisMy associates also noticted the suspect businness techniques that they used to convince me to make the purchase

This business extended credit to me in violation of the Truth in Lending Act and other lending statues, to include violations: -Not disclosing my number of monthly payments -Not disclosing my interest rate -Extending credit for a consumer good that fails to serve its purpose (i.eviolates the implied warranty of merchantability) Furthermore, the good I attempted to purchase was a ring, which may be fakeThis would be: -Violation of California Civil Code section 1770(a), known as the Consumer Legal Remedies Act, to include "[r]epresenting that goods or services may be of a particular standard, quality, or grade, or that goods are of a particular style or model, if they are of another."

On March 4, 2017, my fiancé and I bought an engagement ring and wedding band from this businessWe signed all the necessary paperwork and were pressure over and over again to put a down payment down by the sales personWhile all the paperwork was being processed, I spoke to the salesperson and was informed that it would take 2-weeks to receive my custom-made ringAfter weeks, we called to get tracking information on the ring (I live out of state so the ring had to be shipped to me)We were then told that they had in the system that my fiancé was to pick up the ring so that issue was easily resolved, but we were also told the ring would not ship until April 25th, well over a month and a half laterI immediately called and was offered a loaner ring until the ring was finished, but I did not want that and I was told there was nothing else I could doAfter speaking to my fiancé again I called back and requested information on putting a rush on the ring, that had been discussed with him but not even mentioned to meI was told the owner would have to call us back about that the next dayOn the same call, I requested for my ring to be authenticated before being shipped to me, and I was informed that a note was put in the file to have that doneThe next day my fiancé spoke to the owner and the ring was set to ship by the end of March, which it didI received the ring April 3, it came with no certificate of authenticity and the ring was made with the wrong metalThat night I called and spoke to the manager Teresa, she offered to fix the ring and authenticate it for free but I’d have to ship it back to California and I did not want to do thatShe told me I could come in at any point and have it authenticated for free after I informed her I would possibly be in California in August, but there was no guarantee of thatMy fiancé, called and spoke to Skylar that night to discuss a billing problem and speak on these issues and was told that we would have to pay $to get the ring metal fixed and after August it would cost up to $to get it authenticated, completely different information from that I was toldNow it is days after I received the ring and a diamond has fallen outI called and spoke to Teresa once again asking to return the ring and have payments stopped, not requesting money backThe store does not do returns of any kind after payments have been madeMy fiancé had made two payments before the ring was ever received and was pressured into making a down payment by sales person Beto SEffectively locking us in with no way to leave this dealThere was no way for us to ever return this item because payments were made prior to the ring being received and now we will have to pay to have the ring fixedAfter speaking to Teresa today the bill has been reduced by $500, but I cannot exchange the ring and I am still unable to return itMy fiancé is still losing money over an incorrect product w would have to pay to get fixed, without a real appraisal being done on the ring to this point to authenticate what we are paying
