AG PHOTOGRAPHY Addie gibbons

We HIGHLY regret using Addie Gibbons for our son and daughter in law's wedding in June of 2017. Not only was she very unprofessional and unfriendly she has failed to deliver anything she promised. It has been over 6 months now and my son and daughter in law still do not have their wedding album. An utter disappointment and we hope no one else has to go through this.

Review: I looked for a photographers for weeks, and then came across Addie gibbons photography. I was impressed with her website and the way her photos came out. I thought that was what I wanted but was sadly mistaken. I scheduled my session for my wedding and put my deposit down June 2015. I'm getting married November 7, 2015. Well I thought everything was good, gave her the questionnaire she wanted and communciated what I want. So on November 6, 2015 she called saying she was having emergency on her gallbladder and scheduled another photographer. So I was understanding and felt compassion but as events unfolded I came to know that she scheduled the other photographer on September 3, 2015 to cover our wedding because she wanted to go to her daughters high school event. It was never communciated to me that this was taking place and then covered it with an emergency. As events continued to unfold I also found out she never even planned on showing up to do the services she agreed to perform because she had another wedding that evening. I paid her to get her photography but instead got conned and someone else took the photos without me agreeing to it. This is very bad business ethics and feel saddened for anyone choosing her services.Desired Settlement: To be refunded, and have no more dealings with her in any photo.

I received the services by another photographer that she contacted leaving me unaware of the switch and didn't give me the chance to agree with her type of work. Instead I paid for the work of the original photographer but received less.
