Review: I purchased a Washer From Lowes on 05-12-2010 with extended warranty and I had a problem with leaking water, I called lowes to have the insurance, service company to come take a look at it with my warranty, they were scheduled to come out to my home 7-25-2013 I missed work for them to come out and see my leaking washer. He saw the hole that was causing the leak took a picture with his Black I phone, he then asked to wash is hands by the water hose he saw some fish tank pebbles on the floor and said"that's what caused the whole in your washer"??? I said to him "i don't wash rocks" then he wrote up his report that was not at all readable at all. I called that same day lowes to see what was going to be the next step, they asked me to call back Monday, I called Tuesday 7-30-2013 and asked the status of the report, the representative at lowes said she would need to contact them to see what the report was, she called and they said " I have purposely made a hole with a "hammer" on the drum" First of all it is in a very tigh spot that would be very difficult for anyone to try to cause damage to the drum, second this is a great inconvenience for me we arr a family of 5 I need my washer, there would be no way id do this to my own washer. I tried to explain all this to the Lowes representative she said I didn't have to explain the problem or situation, I said I wasn't happy with the ridiculous report they had came up with and I wanted a second opinion and she said if the second company would say the same report id be charged for the 2nd visit, at that point I asked for a supervisor, and [redacted] at Lowes scheduled for a second company to come out and look at it. I suggest this company be reviewed and Audit I dont believe they are making True and Accurate Diagnosis to any customer that they may have. I feel very upset that any true Company would say that at all about there customersDesired Settlement: Audit their claims for services, no business should be running if there lying about whats the services that need repair, Have Lowes no longer contract with them for repairs, there Fraudulent claims I would assume.

Our service center was assigned to do diagnosis and the following repair for customer [redacted] under Lowe's extended service.

On July 25th technician was at the customer's place for diagnosis. We can understand frustration from the customer, however we don not make any decisions, all decisions are made by extended service representative from the authorization department.

Our part in the story is to come out, diagnose, take pictures if needed , and forward all needed information to the authorization department for review .

After reviewing information along with attached pictures, authorization department determined THAT IT WILL BE NON COVERED ISSUE.

As a part of the Lowe's extended service we are following instructions on the agreement between , Lowe's extended service, us 'service center ' and the customer.

Review: We were having issues with our dryer stopping mid-cycle and asked for service. The technician came out to the house to evaluate the problem. Communicating with the technician was difficult. In trying to clarify the problem further and clarify how to solve the issue, the technician became frustrated and left abruptly without helping. He then did not respond to any follow up phone calls. Given this abrupt change in behavior, I would have great reservations asking this individual into any customer homes.Desired Settlement: An evaluation of this male technician behavior should be considered.
