A&G Used Appliances

Review: I paid install & delivery for a Maytag french door refrigerator and Maytag over the range microwave/hood. Delivery was late and A & G had an under aged helper. After 4 days of use of the refrigerator stopped freezing. A & G tried to tell me that I could only keep the temperature at 4 when the range went from 1 to 7. My mother argued that he was wrong and demanded him to replace it. He wanted me to wait over the weekend to take care of the problem. I insisted that he bring me a temporary refrigerator until he could get the new one fixed or exchanged. He brought us a small Kenmore refrigerator. Four days later I contacted A&G to find out the status of the Maytag. A & G sent me a few pictures of other refrigerators due to the fact the the Maytag could not be repaired. When he brought the replacement refrigerator he asked myself and my mother for help getting it into the house. We refused. He then brought in the new refrigerator and the doors would not open due to counters. He had been in the kitchen now 3 times prior and should have known the appropriate measurements. At that point I asked for our money back and he did not have the cash to give to me. I asked the price on the small temporary refrigerator and came to terms and he would bring a $200.00 balance back to us within 2 days. The next day my father noticed that there was damage to the kitchen door casing and I immediately called A & G. Herman of A & G immediately claimed no fault even after we explained that the damage was at the same place of the handles of the temporary refrigerator. 2 days later when Herman of A & G brought us the $200 we invited him in to check the damage and he refused to come in claiming that he did nothing wrong. We then asked him for a new receipt and he refused. I asked him to leave and he then tried to push his way in.Desired Settlement: I would like A & G to pay for the damages made to my door casing.

My Name is [redacted], owner of A&G Used Appliance Sales and I have a client with the name [redacted] that is accusing me that I damaged the walls of her home when I moved the refrigerator but I did not damage. I know I did my job clean and I have nothing to do with this. Additionally, I am not the only one that moved stuff in that house. They and other people moved furniture and were remodeling the house. Also, the walls that the woman is saying I damaged are on my opposite side. It doesn't make sense what she is telling me. In addition, she never asked me if I had damaged the walls, she just wanted me to giver her my insurance information. For that reason she is making the complaint. As far as the refrigerator, she agreed on everything. Thank you, that is all I wanted to say.
