At first place, we never called [redacted] He came to us himself through some sources on the InternetWe did fixed his computer which he acknowledged over the phone as well through emailWe do have all the proofsMoreover, he never called when he had problems with his computerHe called us for the refund when his computer was totally ruined and he got a new computerAt this point we could not have helped him, no one can.When someone takes some service, he/she should call us on time so that we can take some steps to fix itMoreover, we did give him the services he demanded forHowever, since our policy is to serve the customers and our priority is customer satisfaction, we will be refunding [redacted] the total refund for $ RegardsAGA Tech Exoerts

regards to the work that was done on your devices on May 16th, 2016. First of all we would like to apologize to you but you have got us wrong. We would like to bring insight onto few things which would clarify you viewpoint on the case. - Neither we are A[redacted] nor do we represent [redacted] in any case and you never called us directly. We are a Tech Support who just works on computer and network issues. I guess you were misled by them on this. However the technician assisted you to get your kindle working. - We never call any of our customers even, supposedly you did call them and they transferred your call to us. - Your call was connected to us by some other company who could not fix your kindle (whom you called supposedly) and they said that you have some sort of problems on your network. We respect your point but please try to recall what could have exactly happened that day. - When you were connected to us, it was your wise decision to get your problems fixed; we never forced you for anything.   Now since you are not satisfied with the services or I would rather say you feel like scammed, to this we would like to throw light on something: We never charged you anything upfront when we started working on your problems. Now since your issues were not fixed, you don’t owe us anything. “Customer Satisfaction is our first Priority”.
