I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I reolied back to the Email and went into the store and spoke with the manager and had the shirt exchanged, although I would've liked it to have been handled a different way instead of having to do down there a third time. It was handled none the less. So I'm okay with it. No further action is needed.
