Against All Odds Towing & Autobody

Review: I dropped my vehicle off for repairs on Thursday Sept. ** 2013 at approximately 12:00pm. When I left my vehicle was half filled with gas. I came to the shop on Friday Sept. *, 2013 to go over the report that the Insurance Agent gave me and my fuel amount was "EMPTY" I spoke with the owner and he said he drove the car to check the suspension and alignment. He then took me to the gas station and put 25.00 worth of gas back in the vehicle. He then notified me that my car would not be ready for another week. On Wednesday Sept. **, 2013 I came to retrieve my vehicle and my gas tank was back on EMPTY. I asked the mechanics What happened to the gas that was in my car? He replied I dont know [redacted]. I then asked How was I suppose to get home and to pick up my son? He said O dont worry [redacted] you can make it home on empty. I then begin to explain that I put a half a tank of gas in my car for a reason. I have other places to go besides to pick my son up from daycare and home. What am I supose to do He said talk to the owner tomorrow. After picking up my son the car cut off. I had to take a cab to the nearest gas station purchase a red gas can and gas. then take a cab back to me car. THen drive back to the gas station and fill up. It cost me 50.04 to fill my tank 12.00 for the gas can and 15.00 in cab fare. I have been to the shop three(3) times to retrieve my monies and each time they tell me to come back they dont have it right now. I would like to be reimbursed 60.00 for the monies I spent replacing gas that wsa used without my permission. AAO is auotbody shop even if they determined a flaw in my suspension or alignment they do not have the capabailities to fix it. Nor were they authorized by the insurance agency to fix my alignement isssues. Therefore, noone should have been driving my vehcile to test anything mechanical.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed 60.00 for the monies I spent replacing gas that wsa used without my permission.
