One that the cost had insurance at [redacted] per article per pound or [redacted] (then changed it to [redacted] per article per pound which if a tv that cost [redacted] and weighs pounds at [redacted] per pound and then they said well u need to read the working in insurance and go through your own insurance companyThey came into my house and said the printer is not in a box we cannot take it as it could get damagedThe tv they wrapped and did not say it needed to be in a box! When I got everything delivered the tv was cracked and they said because you didn't put it in a box your a poor moverIt's not our job to tell you how to pack! Finally the delivery was arrived The movers were helpful They would not let me lift a finger to help them even though I insisted to I realized my personal belongings were wrapped by protective blankets that I did not ask for It was the care that retained the customers
I understand things happen and it may have issues sometimes
Ron was coordinating with me regarding online delivery I really appreciated that When there was trouble, I preferred to know so I could plan my moving better
Better use locals if you are living in Calgary I will definitely use them again in the future and suggest them to my friends

After wating close to a month they tell me it's not there and I did not buy insurance, I asked why you did not give me the option of buying insurance and his response was we never offer it because you and others pack your own belongings and insurance will not cover it. They lost my son's memorabilia from when he was born and clothes he was given that he never even wore yet!
His website states they are insured and on my quote it says I have insurance include but now all of a sudden I don't? He then said well you signed the release of my items, [redacted] am I supposed to? If I did not sign they keep my stuff, and the worst part is they told me not all my stuff was here and I need to wait another week!!
