I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint According to the company I "Refused" to bring the tire in which is a lieI told them the tire was at home but the company showed no concern in wanting to resolve my issueI even asked is there anything that can be done and the owner said noHis exact words was we can send it in to the manufacturer but they will not replace my tireMy whole issue is that if my new tires would have been installed and inspected properly after installation all of this wouldn't have ever happenedAlso the reason for me waiting a while to bring to tire in is due to the birth of a new child

from Texas Tires Discounters this is in reference to a complaint a customer [redacted] filed with your office... August 10, 2015 the customer came to our shop to discuss putting on tires for him..On August 14, 2015 the customer came back to get the tires put on...The customer came to our shop October 14, 2015, with the same car with different wheels, to complain that two weeks after he had the tire put on, he had a blow out. (We were wondering why he waited so long October to complain).. The owner told the customer that we need to see the tire on the wheel before we could do anything.. The customer refused to bring the tire because the tire was at home. We told the customer OK he could bring the tire on the wheel when he had a chance. As a company we can not just replace a tire that we don't know what it looks like or if he even still had them. In the low profile tires there is no warranty except the manufacture warranty, which I told the customer in the beginning.. We would have to send the tire to the company to let them inspect it.
