In response to complaint No [redacted] , we would like to say that we take resident concerns very seriously, as well as try to accommodate them in any way we can, in addition to providing fast response to their work orders we've provided a window A/C unit to accommodate our tenants, as well as offered rental credit forSince May 2015, a total of four work-orders were completed in response to the A/C situation; as a courtesy we went ahead and put in work-orders for issues mentioned in the complaint NOT previously mentioned to us, such as the missing key to the storage unit and the running bath tub waterNormally the residents are responsible for telling us of their maintenance issues and not us having to read about it from Revdex.com complaint systemHowever, we will still take care of this issue as we pride ourselves in our customer service. However, the resolution that the customer seeks is unreasonable--in a lease contract we provide an apartment for payment of rent, which must be paid regularly in order to avoid being evicted from the premises; this is standard in all apartment communitiesCurrently there is a balance due of a full month's rent, going on to being two months after August 1st billing, so an eviction has been initiated for non-payment of July rent to protect our community and avoid further losses to the community due to occupied apartments not generating incomeAs the Revdex.com, I am sure this is understandableSincerely,Pro Residential Management
