We were scheduled to come out earlier this week but you called and said it was too muddy and that you would call us when it was acceptable for us to come out and make the necessary repairs We are waiting for your call

My name is *** *** I am the manager at garages carports and moreI had received information about the issue with *** and was under the understanding that the building was ours and we had caused the damageWe did install insulation(bubble wrap-which helps with condensation does not make it waterproof ) for him on a building that was purchased years ago from a different companyI went out of my way myself and went to his house replaced all the screws on the roof and put butyl tape around every screw for him and it continued to leak but after talking with him he went into detail he made a comment about the panels needing to be replaced and I don't think we should be responsible for the panels considering it wasn't our buildingI have went out of my way to help him the best way I can and change what he wanted numerous timesIf you have any questions or concerns please feel free to give me a call at ***. I will be coming to Mr. [redacted]'s home on Friday, October 13 at 10 am to complete the work noted in his complaint.
