[redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Although he said would fix it because it is under warranty, he has still not contacted us, and still not answered our phone callsIn the meantime, we had someone come review and observe the installation, in which many issues were noted, included faulty wiring and likely leaking pipes (determined through the high temperature coming out of the unit)We do not trust the quality of their work anymore, as we now have a large liability in our home, and will need to pay for this to be fixedThere are many issues noted and we are waiting on an estimate to fix he jobWe'd like classic to pay for these fixes as they did not properly fix the issue the first time it broke and have now been unavailable for over a month? ? ? ? Hello, We have no problem with fixing any of our installations and stand behind all our work.We have numerous times come to the customers home but no answer at the doorFinally customer answers door (Wife) and verbally abused technician and advised him that units was repaired by another
company last week and now its broke again.We will not honor our warranty if another company makes any repairs or modifications to our equipmentThe reason for this is because we don not know what was done or if anything was broken while they made repairs

The only level of communication we have been able to have with Classic is through the emails via Revdex.com He has not answered any of our 20+ phone calls or multiple emails He has not returned one phone call No one else has touched the unit - and we have waited almost 2+ months now for a response

I must say that I am saddened by America's current state of affairsBetween the police, different
bureau's and court system a brazen thief like F* will continues to prey on the general public without fear of reprimand or any form of legal recourse because it's a "business" and no longer just a crook with a DBABut if I a combat veteran, hard working, home owning civil servant was to pursue retrieving my money the only way that seems plausible I would experience the justice system bite in an instantI am running out of patients and options my next step is to the media

We were always willing to make any? necessary repairsBut we will not honor any warranty if any other company was called to make repairsAt this point we don not know what the other company has done with our equipment we installed.?
