I am rejecting this response because: item# 2unknown when contractor will propose a solution, we offered settlement, but he rejected ititem #exterior of master shower still needs repair, we hired an expert that found a gap/hole at flashing, further we found that several flashings around the house are not kicked out, we reported this in the inspection report, but it was not addressed.at this point we are asking for compensation for the repairsThe builder is financially and professionally not capable to do the work.Thank you for your attention to this matter Regards, [redacted] ?

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:none of the issues have been addressed yet, as follows:The pool coping and outdoor patio limestone tile is deteriorating significantly, cracking and is a poor job altogetherWe have demanded replacement of the entire outdoor tile and pool copingThe pool has two spots of rust stains growing underwater in the pool ?" not addressed by [redacted] The outdoor wall at the master shower is holding waterResolution of the problem is pendingThe upstairs daughter’s room is showing cracks at the junction of wall and ceiling, we assume moisture issues from rain ?" not addressed by [redacted] yetThe upstairs daughter’s room is showing cracks and moisture from the window down to the floor ?" not addressed by [redacted] yetThe drywall in the living room is showing signs of moisture with cracks and bubbles on the drywall ?" not addressed by [redacted] yetThe outdoor patio wall is leaking water at the tile level to the outside wall, leaving a large rusty stain on the wall ?" not addressed by [redacted] yet? ?
