I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** They reference threats (meaning that I told them I would be contacting the Revdex.com) It wasn't until I said this that they decided to actually get on the ball and resolve things I am glad that they are taking ownership of the fact that they do not communicate and that they needed to fix the patios that they ruined I will continue to work with them and hopefully this will all be resolved soon I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved

We did install his yard back in February and we are aware of his concerns As we discussed with him, there was a break down in communication from the first time our salesman went out to address the issues We apologized for that, but this homeowner has done nothing but threaten and swear
at us during this process We understand that we are liable to fix these issues and we are more than happy to comply with our R.O.CguidelinesWe are going above and beyond what the guidelines state we must do Technically we are only liable to fix the area of his patio that is damaged but he has a second patio that we are going to strip down and re-finish to match the other, total cost $ My concrete guy has him on the schedule for 5/14/to do the work, he is just waiting on the homeowner to pick a stainI have emails from homeowner stated "I spoke with *** this morning before leaving for work and I think we're on the same page He understands my concerns and he is working hard to fix them Super nice guy by the way." We have been in constant contact with the concrete guy to insure that this matter gets resolved in a timely mannerHe has spoken with the homeowner everyday and has the texts and phone records to prove itDue to the fact that we are not a concrete company, all we can do in this situation is make sure that the homeowners needs are being meet by our concrete guy; the one who has the capability to fix the problemI understand his frustration and we are doing everything we can to remedy the situationI will discuss with the homeowner about "Paying For non-service" since we have already provided him with the Service

I have emails from homeowner stated  "I spoke with [redacted] this morning before leaving for work and I think we're on the same page.  He understands my concerns and he is working hard to fix them.  Super nice guy by the way." Review: I have been dealing with this company since 2/2015. They were to install synthetic grass and curbing in my backyard. We agreed upon the terms (price, layout and design) and it was to be completed in one day. When I got home the job had been completed not to my satisfaction. They installed the pavers in the wrong design, the grass was uneven, and they totally ruined my entire patio. My patio was stained by a professional in a two-toned format. When I got home the grass installers had gouged the patio all over the place using the machinery that they brought to my backyard. Again this job was completed in February. I contacted the company to voice my frustration and they sent a guy to come look at it at the end of the week. His name was [redacted]. He assured me that they would fix everything when it came to the grass and curbing, and would hire a professional to come out and fix my patio. Since that time I have sent numerous emails and voicemails trying to get this resolved. I have talked to the owners and they all seem to just blow me off. It is now May and nothing is resolved... My son is graduating and our yard will not be done in time for his graduation. I have demanded that it get taken care of, I have threatened to complain to the Revdex.com, and even expressed that I shouldn't have to pay for non service.Desired Settlement: I want my backyard completed ASAP as well as compensation for all of the stress that they have put my family through. They no longer return emails or vm's and have left all communication up to an outside concrete guy that they outsource with who has no idea what he is doing. I shouldn't have to pay for a service that hasn't been provided and I want to be finished with this awful company. This has been the worst experience dealing with them. Anyone and everyone that I can let know about their awful business practices I will!

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. They reference threats (meaning that I told them I would be contacting the Revdex.com). It wasn't until I said this that they decided to actually get on the ball and resolve things. I am glad that they are taking ownership of the fact that they do not communicate and that they needed to fix the patios that they ruined. I will continue to work with them and hopefully this will all be resolved soon. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
