This Office makes you hold for a minimum of minutes (most cases) before even helping you to schedule an appointmentThe doctor is wonderful, but seems unaware that his staff does not support the practice wellI have moved from the state and now have a different doctorBoth my new office and I have asked for medical records for my year to get updated shots without having to do all of them all over again for nearly monthsThey have faxed documentation and left four voicemailsThey need to be evaluated and the doctor needs to be informed of his lack in staff supportThis is getting to be malpractice at this point by not releasing my daughters medical records
My experience at Agave Family Physicians was the absolute worst I’ve ever had. I am a retired service member, so I have wonderful insurance. I feel completely ripped off by this clinic. I saw Dr. [redacted]. That was my first mistake. Not only was her attitude bad, I could never speak with her again after seeing her only once. I had to communicate with her “assistant” who was very rude and unhelpful. It took them over a month to correctly prescribe my medication. I highly recommend you chose another facility for your medical care. I will not allow them to rob and treat me the way they did again.
