I bought s vacuum from kirby about 5 months ago now and this company took over payments. I was promised free bags, shampoo and other items that I never received. When I called to talk about this nobody wanted to talk to me, I left several mesages to no avail and this company said they could not help. My problem is if you are going to pay twice the price for an item that people tell you that you will receive free accessories for then you should get these. I have not been able to resolve this problem as of today or even get anybody to acknowledge that I have a problem with them. I am about to quit paying on this and avoid them the way they have been avoiding me for the last 5 months.
Other (requires explanation) either return the merchandise or get what I was promised. Please help me with this matter. the company that sold me this is Agbe Davies and associates and the company that took it over is united consumer financial services. I cannot get a straight answer from either one.
