Age Rewind

I sent for a trial size of this Age Rewind off the internet through an ad on Facebook. It was just pay shipping and send back in 14 days if not liked.. I received this on Dec. 18th and my 14 days would be up on Dec 31. I called the day I received this product and talked to a Jordon and explained that I wanted to cancel and the reason why. He extented my trial till Jan. 15. I called on Jan. 7 to cancel, talked to a lady by the name of [redacted]. We talked back and forth till she finally got it that I didn't want the product. She cancelled and gave me a cancellation Number. She said no charges would be on my card. Well, Jan 16, they took money out of my account. Called again and they said they had no information in my account that I talked to her?? And since they couldn't find the info, I had to pay because I didn't cancel in 14 days. This mans name was [redacted], and after an hour he finally agreed to give me a refund so I agreed. When he sent my confirmation he only refunded 1/3 of the cost. He said I called the wrong phone number?? This company is a scam and should be shut down.
