As usual the complaining customer only gives an incomplete ,one sided storyMrs [redacted] brought her vehicle in to have an hvac blower problem diagnosedWe found a failed resistor assembly, and a wire that someone had installed to run the blower motor all the timewe removed the failed resistor assembly as well as the wire that someone had installed that altered the factory wiring harness, making it unsafe to leave that waywe also removed the blower motor for inspection and identificationwe wrote an est to properly repair the vehiclethere was no way to safely put the vehicle back together without repairing the harness and the resistor and the blower motorThe reistor was bad, the harness was damaged by someone else trying to rewire the vehicles harnessThe blower motor was recommended to replace at same time as resistorthe wiring harness was written up to be properly repaired Mrs [redacted] said she was going to bring the vehicle back at a later date to get repairedafter recieving a phone call we offered to give here old parts back to hereshe refused to come and pick up her old partsMrs [redacted] was very argumentative

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]I wasn't argumentiveThe problem I have with age to age automotive is that I was uninformed that the company keep my truck partsIt really shouldn't matter if I'm getting the repair done their or any where else my truck parts belonged to meSo not returning my truck parts and leaving me to believe my parts where properly replaced is bad businessIt took me a week to repair my truck parts just to find out my parts where not put back in my truck all along at age to age automotive know for a week they had my truck partsTo me that's stealing my truck parts should have been put back in their rightful place after there inspection or I should have been made aware that age to age automotive was going to keep my parts, which I have never had a auto company keep my parts if I didn't get the work doneWhat is the use of my working truck part ( blower motor ) if I one had to call after a week to say hey your company still has my truck part being it was under degrees that week and I have had two heart surgeries I couldn't just not have working heat in my truckWhen I replaced the parts that when I noticed my truck parts where missingWhich at the time I was upset that a auto company would keep my parts and not tell me , which is stealingSo yes age to age automotive when called to ask why my truck parts was not replaced he got up he was rude and told me he didn't want me truck parts that I was more then welcome to come and get my partsThe problem is age to age automotive didn't pay for my truck parts those truck parts belonged to me and I was not aware they keep my truck parts which is stealing age to age automotive knew all week they had my truck parts and said nothingWhat if I wanted to take my truck to another automotive company to look at my truck how would they diagnose my hvac with no parts Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted]
