I am rejecting this response because:The electrical still has to be inspected by Washington State Labor & Industries. I had to pay $161.80 to have a Homeowners Requested Inspection. Until that is done it is effecting my Homeowners Insurance. The electrical was suppose to be done by a licensed electrician and permits pulled by PRIOR to the work being done and inspection upon completion per state law. The plumbing was to be done by an licensed plumber in the beginning. The installer was a "handyman" from Idaho. The handyman had me sign the paper early in the day and I was told it was an evaluation. The handyman did not leave until 1:20 am Friday morning. After seeing water gushing from my neighbors house we had a licensed contractor friend do a visual of the plumbing under our house and both houses had leaking pipes. We contacted AWS on Monday Oct. 23, not a week. Besides the plumbing, there was the matter of the electrical, which AWS has tried to minimize and the disastrous finish work. This has been ongoing since Oct. 19th. Credit Card was charge before the work has been completed.
Age Well Solutions' Water Heater & Delivery Acknowledge Form states: " We at Age Well Solutions strive to provide unmatched customer satisfaction. To Whom It May Concern:   This is in response to complaint that was submitted on 12/18/2017 (assigned ID: [redacted]) by [redacted] at [redacted]. We are truly sorry for the customer’s undesired experience but are doing the best to continue our assistance and...

address concerns. She signed a work order form agreement for a tub purchase on September 6, 2017. Their tub was delivered on Oct 6, 2017 (Reddaway Tracking: [redacted]) fully intact and in perfect condition. On October 19, 2017, her walk-in tub was installed. Before installer left the job site, she signed off acknowledging that the install was indeed completed and to her satisfaction. About a week later, they called due to some concerns regarding the tub. If this was raised before sign off, we could have been able to address the concern right there and then. (We have attached a copy of said completion sign off with this response). However, since we do value our customers and sent [redacted] to get their plumbing repairs done which was resolved. We also sent [redacted] to check their electricals to double check if all was done to code. They verified that they do not see anything wrong with how the electrical wirings were done. To appease and address customers’ concerns, Age Well Solutions, have shelled out more towards cost even after the fact that customer has signed off on the work done. We have no intentions to halt our support and customer assistance, but we do want to stress that we are doing our part in regard to the matter and we attach documentation to support our response. Thank you for your consideration.   Best Regards, Harry O[redacted] Business Owner Age Well Solutions

I am rejecting this response because:  As stated the tub is too small and I feel  sales rep was out to make  a sale.  In the process they sold me one to fit the size of my area knowing it would be too small to be useful to me.  This sale was NOT to help the CUSTOMER.  Therefore I feel I should have been told, a tub in that area would not be practical.  I had no way of knowing prior to final installation, that tub would not be serviceable. I did not even have a chance to sit in the tub until after installed and installers had left, late in evening.

Age Well Solutions has apologized for the mishap with our contractors, and have sent a new contractor out to fix the problem.

Dear Sir/Maam: We have talked with the customer in regards to her product. Upon sale, our representative presented the best offer to her given her situation and rightfully assessed as to what product would be offered to her that would fit for her. Offered to her was a tub size that would fit in...

her bathroom 30"x40"x36". Anything larger than that could not possibly fit into her bathroom for installation. We presented her with full information on product's functionality, benefits, dimension, and process. In agreement, she has signed our agreement/work order form. It is unfortunate that she is still unsatisfied with what has been delivered. We have complied as to what has been agreed upon, and the tub is fully installed and functional. We wish our customers to be happy and we looked into making sure she is provided the finished product to its installation with the best of our efforts. We have done our best to communicate with the customer in light of the matter.Thank you!

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:they did send a new contractor out to fix the problems left by the contractor who installed the tub.  Turns...

out there were a lot more problems than I saw.   The wrong glue was used to put the sides of the tub up, the door they took down and chipped a piece out of, was put up wrong,  the shower head was put on the wrong wall and the list goes on.  The new contractor is very nice and efficient, but he is over booked and can only fit me in on Saturdays or Sundays.  There is so much to do to try and rectified what he can.  He still is not finished.  He comes when ever can.  It has been very fustrating.  I think the company owes me big time.
Sincerely,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:  the paperwork copies of original order provided you do not address the fact the tub sold to me is TOO small.  I had no way of knowing my tub would be too small.  The proof was shown in photos, as requested over two weeks ago,  with no response.  My true problem/complaint  is not being corrected and Harry is stalling.  I am not going away!
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:good afternoon,I am writing in response to your request for action on my complaint with AWS.while I have received an offer from AWS and have...

accepted it, I have not received the payment.I will only consider the matter resolved when payment is received.there was no place on your request to make that statement, so I am writing to tell you that.  i will complete your request upon receipt of payment.thanks so much[redacted]
