Agean has no problem refunding the customers depositAll we ask is he stop into the store and we will credit his card backWhen the customer purchased from us we swiped his cardHe told us the next day to he wanted to cancel his purchaseWe told him we do not have his card number and if he wanted to cancel he would need to stop in the store or the show and we would be happy to refund the transactionDue to credit card rules and privacy we do not keep customers number on fileIt has been almost six weeks and this Revdex.com dispute is the first time we have heard from the customerI spoke to the customer on the phone today and explained why we need him to stop into the storeHe said he works until Friday but would stop in thenI let him know our store is open days a week and provided hoursAgean never reran the customers card as stated aboveThe only time a card was charged was on 2/The charge slip was printed and signed with $and on the contract that was signed it showed the deposit as $and $balance PIF
Mr& Mrs ***, I wanted to thank you for the time we spend talking on the phone todayAgean made a mistake when we delivered your hot tubYour ordered a model with a radioWhen we delivered your hot tub, by mistake the delivery team brought you a tub without a radioWe delivered your hot
tub wrapped to protect the hot tub and none of us noticed your hot tub was delivered without a radio until after the hot tub was in your deckSoon after deliver you called and we determined there was no radio in your hot tubAt that point Agean refunded you the cost of the radio and sent you a waterproof bluetooth speaker at no costA few months later you meet with a manufacturer sales team member (Frank) at the Ohio State Fair and he promised to send you some Serum which he did notWe are sorry about not receiving what you were promisedAfter our conversation today Agean is sending you a 2L bottle of Serum (Frank was supposed to send), A Bose bluetooth speaker that your requested, 3- nature cartridges, bottle of dichlor shock, and bottles of CenseYou let me know that if you received those items you felt Agean made a good faith effort to take care of a problem of not having a radio in the hot tubIf you need anything else in the future please let us know! The charge slip was printed and signed with $4995 and on the contract that was signed it showed the deposit as $4995 and $0 balance PIF.
