*** *** agean is confusing the matter at handI have provided all paperwork and messegesThe txt agean is trying to say is to the rope edging is a flat out lie it is only pertaining to the conversation of the kids vanity and the write up that I showed for 2/days prior to my visit to agean to upgrade my etatmate order and to pay for the productOn the rope edging matter we were never ever notified on any matter with our vanity for ghe master other than what kinda door did we want for the towl cady solid glass foggy glassThis coversation of txts was simply to the kids vanity and conversations of getting a close quote for vanity pricesAnd yes agean .ay do many quotes but this was my direct words to ***topeher on what my order had to atleast haveAnd thatwaz the inch spread and minimal size counter.to what u offered for a solution to fix thisAfter we contacted u asked me to get a contractor to drill the wholes I asked different contractor companies todo this they said no u then asked to get their numbers directly I also gave those to uI said it was for for u guys to drill them but that I had paid u to delived these for a reason ans it was becuase I have cars and cant fit a inch counter top in my Or honda or jeepU again Refused stated this was not ur problemTo threatning employes is an all out lie I never one time threatened anyone other than that fact I said I would get an attourney and I would take ur buisness if u didnt make this rightEcuase u know ur sales guy *** *** these mistakesU then placed me under a no contact order with ur storeSorry if ur mad but ur not spending grand on a product and all if its arongI told u I wanted u to take all of this product back u said no that u would only take the contertops and that u would not replace themAgean even now u are trying yo cover up the facts and trutI have ae t all paper workthe sheet with the kids vanity as with this cile has allterations to itBut how could this be this is my actually receipt of purchase ?? Urs has different writing in boxes additions are made in boxes that pertain to what the problem is this says coverup all over it u cant falsify a reciept of purchase fo suit ur needs of being wrongAgain mine doesnt even have the picture u have drown or the checks in boxes or the writing in the box with the one or wave bowl areaU guys have lied several times requarding this matter and trying to cover up ur employees tracks of mistakesEven with the lurchase of the master bath vanity again I paid or over for this vanity and now ur telling me that u dont even make it in a rope edging and that we can just deal with itAnd if u dont make it with that then y is it all over my papaerwork that im to recieve a master vanity with rope edging ? This is a huge con and u need to be held responsibleI offerd u a solution come pick up the kids top drill the wholes and give me dollars to keep the master bath vanity tops since they arnt correct and I have to put them in a bath room that cost over $todo This is and execptional offerI even asked to return all product to ur store in early stages of this and u refused

Approximately three years ago we purchased an Agean Marble bathtub Today, the tub has many surface cracks, pits, and other marks We contacted Agean who told us they could send someone to look at the tub, but we would be charged for the call They also let us know these tubs are only guaranteed for one year BUYER BEWARE These tubs do not wear well at all and they are expensive These surface cracks did not show up until now which is three years down the road

On Monday service tech came to the house and hot tub was low on water. Filled hot tub. Removed air pocket from pump. Hot tub was working perfect. It looked like a case of low water that sucked air into the pump. Waited a hour with no problem. Customer called Monday afternoon. Tech came to the house within a hour. Did testing and narrowed the problem to the circuit board or electric. Tuesday morning the tech replaced the circuit board. Tech had circuit board Monday but did not replace because we thought the air pocket was the problem. Called customer Tuesday evening hot tub working perfect. Customer used tub Wed morning no problems. Followed up Thursday no problems. Final follow up call Friday no problems. 
We are sorry it took the time it did to fix the problem. Because the problem only happened periodically it was difficult to identify the problem because it would never happen when we were at the job site. We were in constant contact with the customer and we were always at the customers house within 24 hours of receiving a part. 
Hot tub delivered August 11, 
August 12 Customer called with pump problem
August 18 pump replaced
August 24 at customers house two times (air pocket, voltage testing, testing board, ozone, wiring)
Hot tub working perfectly August 25

We are on your team and doing everything possible to get this problem fixed for you as fast as possible. We know you head to [redacted] for the winter and want to use the new hot tub...

before you leave. I spoke to your wife on Saturday for 15 minutes and we have everything worked out. When your hot tub was delivered, it had a problem within 24 hours, after it started operating. The pump started working and after a period of time it would stop working. After you called us, the replacement pump was ordered and as soon as it arrived the service tech came out and installed the pump the next day. When you and the service tech were there (Friday 8/21) everything was working perfectly. We both thought the problem was fixed. You called later that day, after you went out and found out that the problem came back with the same error code. You left a message Friday night that you wanted the owner to call. I called you wife just after 9 AM Saturday morning. We spoke in detail about how we would get a tech out as soon as possible. I believe the plan is to have [redacted] (from [redacted] Spas factory team) to stop out Tuesday to work on the hot tub. He is going to check on the circuit board and the topside control. He would of been out today but was not able to get a topside control until this afternoon. Hopefully the tub will be working perfect for you tomorrow. We have responded to every call within hours of receiving it and send a service tech within 24 hours of having a part. We will get your hot tub going so you will be able to use it for years to come. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need anything else.

[redacted]. Please provide copies of all orders that have been signed by me [redacted] so that I know I viewed a particular piece of info. I also know that part of the sale with [redacted]ttopher was  that the kids bath had to be just like the master bath except for the med cabinet should be a mirror and the counter was to be a different color with the selected finnish. Also we reclined ur offer to bring the  counter top down to u on the bases of we paid u to deliver becuase we have cars and not a way to transport this.to the threats I served no threat what so ever other than that if we didnt resolve this at store level I would have to be forced to go to the next step. I have provided all and everything that has been presented to me with reciepts of purchases. All other changes made or none signature items we are not aware of.

Mr. [redacted], placed multiple custom orders with Agean. Agean produced exactly what Mr. [redacted] ordered (I will be happy to include copies of orders). Mr [redacted] is upset because he ordered a 1 hole faucet spread and he now wants a 8" spread. The customer did not buy the faucet from us for that bathroom,...

and we require any faucet spread different from one hole to be specified in writing before they are manufactured. Agean explained how the top could be easily drilled on the job site but Mr. [redacted] said that was unacceptable. Agean offered the first time Mr [redacted] called, to allow him to bring back the top, and we would drill the faucet spreads for free. Mr. [redacted] also ordered a top with a rope edge. The rope edge is not available in the top size he wanted. Mr [redacted] was notified and we sent text pictures of the top edges that are available. Mr [redacted] responded by text that he wanted the beveled edge. We have had multiple phone calls with Mr [redacted] lasting for over 2 hours in the last two days. Unfortunately Mr [redacted] has cussed and threaten employees. When Mr [redacted] cussed at employees we asked that all communication going forward be in the form of mail or email. At that point Mr. [redacted] threaten to come down to the store and throw the all the items in the parking lot. At that point we told Mr [redacted] he was no longer welcome at our location and if he showed up that we would call the police.

We emailed both of these files to Mr [redacted] yesterday. On the [redacted] order file, the 5th line is the counter top. 73 x 22 is the size. In the CC column 1 is marked. Right below the signature line we state All vanity tops will be manufactured with one hole unless other specified in writing. Agean will not be responsible for other faucet sizes unless written authorization is received prior to manufacturing. Mr [redacted] order another bathroom from us. On that order in the CC column it is listed as 8. We also explained to the customer how easy it is to drill/ cut/ sand our counter tops. 
As for the rope edge, the edge is not available in the size top the customer needed. We called the customer right away and let him know available options. The customer lives over a hour from our showroom and asked us to text him pictures of the available edges.  The customer responded back by text that he wanted to go with the 2nd choice which is the picture of the beveled edge.

I am sorry I am having a very difficult time understanding the response from Mr. [redacted] (the customer). I am going to do my best to respond. The first order started on 1/31. The second order started on 2/20. The text message was before Feb 17. It was when we told the customer that a rope edge is not available. They asked us to send pictures of other edges. They decided on the beveled edge. When they ordered the second top they also ordered the beveled edge. We provide multiple estimates for many customers. As you see on the estimate the customer provided on 2/16 he received a price for a 3/4" vanity top with a wave bowl and a standard square edge. When he placed the order on 2/20 he changed to a 1 1/2" top with a beveled edge. The customer did not buy faucets from us so there is no way of knowing if he wants a 1", 4" 8", or 12" spread. We try to ask as many questions as possible. In the end we have to go with what the customer has ordered. The day after the customer received the item we offered if he brought the top back that we would drill the holes at no cost. Unfortunately, the customer threatened Agean and employees. At that point we let the customer know he was not welcome to call or come to Agean in the future. Any communication would have to be in writing. If the customer would like to have someone else(besides himself) bring the tops back to Agean Monday- Friday between 8 AM-2 PM we will drill the tops while they are here. It will probably take between 10-30 minutes.
Per my conversation with the Revdex.com this is our final offer. We would ask if the customer is not willing to accept this, that the Revdex.com close the complaint.

[redacted]  above is a email that the convo of ur txts are refering to and this is to the kids vanity. This email pic  is dated on the 16th couple days prior to r visit to ur store this is what I told [redacted] to write up to get somewhat solid prices. And that we would be down in a couple days to go over eveything. U guys have known this whole time that the [redacted]s have asked for the 8 inch wide spreads and the rope edging ur texts messeges r refering to more of the confersation of the kids vanitys not the master and rope edging I have the  email asking to this excat file that says hey my wife wants to know if this changes prices. Changing prices doesnt pertain to ur edges becuase im pretty sure all ur edging is same price I think. Also ur paper work with my sign signature thats the same paper or receipt that I have prior to leaving ur store as u can see both copies both have the white out but both  copies dont share the 1, or the picture  of the cabnet,the writing beside the sink info this is a simple solution that ur guys missed boxes in their paper work and didnt produce the right product. And  now want to pass on the blame and the resposibility to the [redacted] familey. All we ask u todo was to drilled the wholes and u refused. We ask u to  to come pick this up drill and return. U again refused .U have asked us to ask are skilled tradesmen to drill these holes they have denied to be able to do so for resposibility and skill set with ur product. We asked u to have someone if its so easy come up with the drill and drill the wholes and again u refused. I called local companies and my materail provider for my home additon and neither have a tradesmen todo it they use the manufacturer. Please lets come to terms on this as stated in the solution to the Revdex.com lets not waste anymore of their time and drag this more to the next step. This is common since.

I had 2 people work on the tub for 3 hours and it still does not work. The tub has never worked. The complaint stands.

Revdex.com:I do not except this as a resolved issue. We were left high and dry with this original issue of counter tops and the big vanity and left to deal with the outcome. When it came time to install  the medicine cabinets we took them out of the boxes and seen that they were built incomplete and had to be finished when contacted [redacted] he checked with the owners and they told him that the only way they would complete the medicine cabinets is if I would contact the Revdex.com and tell them that we resolved are prior issues.. to me this is a form of blackmail.. I spend over 11 thousand dollars in their store and on multiple things came either incomplete or not even what we order. They have no honor is dealing with their customers and when they could have made it right and just fixed the medicine cabinets like they should have anyway and not threatened me with a blackmail of hey well do it if u lie to the Revdex.com and tell them that we resolved this issue very displeased with Agean marble bath and spa I put a $250,000  home addition on and I would never recommend this place to anyone matter fact after the post on social media of my master bath being finished I had over 20 people ask were we shopped for the bath items and I told them do not go to agean and to find the same product else were so they would not have to deal with what my family had to go through.
