The part needed was a national back ordered part with no eta on availability, we were able to find one at another dealer across the country and had it shipped in and will make the repair and be reimbursing the customer as well for their rental expenseWe have contacted the customer and
have resolved the repair and the customer complaint.

I have resolved this case, the customers had been given a rental for a few days
to help with the time and the vehicle has now been repaired and picked upI have also worked with the customer to discount the bill for the delay in the repair time

We have gotten approval to refund [redacted] the whole amount of [redacted] Ford does not have rental reimbursement without the customer having a extended warranty as well. But we worked with Ford to get this refund worked out and will notify the customer and let them know we will be sending...

Arrow Exterminators is one of the most unprofessional organizations that I have dealt with. First, they send you "advertisements" which look like bills to trick you into paying for their services. Second, they call repeatedly even when I said no thank you 5 different times. Third, when I did give them a chance to come by and provide me a quote, they did not show up and when I called back, I was asked if they could call me back later. Fourth, since the previous homeowner had the termite silos in the ground, Arrow (without prior notice) came by and ripped half of them up out of my ground, leaving holes everywhere for my children to twist their ankle in. And then, for the silos they were to incompetent to remove, they removed the caps, removed the media inside, and left them in my yard. What a sad excuse for a professional company. I have tried to reach the customer by phone and email and left messages both ways to discuss the visit but have not been able to reach them. The lights in question look as though they are reflectors but in actuality they are lights and should be lit when lights are on. The customer has said...

they checked all the functioning lights previously so there may have been some confusion on these as they could not have been working and were maybe thought of as reflectors. We did have a 2nd technician who looked over the lights during check out and noticed they were not lit when the car was pulled into our shop also. We definitely did not commit Fraud or any intentional act to remove the bulbs.
