Arrow Exterminators is one of the most unprofessional organizations that I have dealt withFirst, they send you "advertisements" which look like bills to trick you into paying for their servicesSecond, they call repeatedly even when I said no thank you different timesThird, when I did give them a chance to come by and provide me a quote, they did not show up and when I called back, I was asked if they could call me back laterFourth, since the previous homeowner had the termite silos in the ground, Arrow (without prior notice) came by and ripped half of them up out of my ground, leaving holes everywhere for my children to twist their ankle inAnd then, for the silos they were to incompetent to remove, they removed the caps, removed the media inside, and left them in my yardWhat a sad excuse for a professional companyHere is my number if they want to attempt to apologize [redacted] - ***
