Lance purchased a [redacted] from Isaac Motors and within one week only he burnt the engineIsaac Motors took his car back even though it was an as is agreement and with good faith switched it for a [redacted] ! He took the car for a few weeks, missed his payment and was repossessed for defaulting his payment and insurance The car came back with the whole passenger side hit and damaged We helped him get his vehicle back and even promised him to help him fix his whole side for $And give him a free loaner next week while it is being repaired! We really went the 2nd mile with this customer and hope he appreciates it!

All of comments made are completely incorrectCustomer bought Cadillac as mentioned earlier, came complaining the next day and had not fixed anything on the car Even though the car was as is, we offered to switch the vehicle to another higher model Nissan Altima and inform the customer to test drive and bring in the mechanic to check the vehicles as clearly she had no experienceOf course she had signed a nonrefundable down payment contract with an as is policy on any issue, but we did our Best to accommodate her She drove it and said it was a great car and took it and had the car for almost weeks missed two payments with horrible communication Her car was hereby repossessed as she defaulted her contractWe still called her again asking her to make her current payments and that we will repair any issues that she needs on her Nissan Altima free of cost just for her convenience as there is no major issues whatsoever on the car. We strive to help our customers but we do not change the standards of our good standing business to comply with the demands of unreasonable customers. Thanks

We did our very best in our answer to address all the issues using facts and logical reasons which we don't think the consumer did by saying we haven't solved her problemsShe is still claiming she bought a Cadillac and it was actually an CTSShe bought it with no warranty, we still switched the whole car for her the next day to another higher year model car that she is still failing to make on time payments on and also failing to maintain insurance on the carWe strive to please only good customers

We attempted to solve this customers issue multiple times but get nothing but disrespect back. Besides there is no refund as  you defaulted your contract and missed two payments and the vehicle has been already involuntarily repossessed.  We can try to still help you if you come into the business with the  payments that you missed and any repo fees.  We did not want to keep on going back-and-forth on messages and emails and phone calls as that also waste our time as much of it wastes yours. Thank you

For the rep to state I did not spend a penny on repairs is falsified documentation. The same day of purchase the vehicle was pulled by an former friend of mines, who is an mechanic. He also serviced the muffler along with A/C repairs. The Altima that Isaac Motors is referring to was worst. They sold me an vehicle that was previously wrecked that had even more problems. This car was not in my possession longer than 4 days, the car was towed. The Altima had a blow out that I had to replace out of my own pocket due to the car not provided with a spare. I went to a family outing, 4 hour drive & the began to smoke uncontrollably after oil started to leak & burn. The dashboard was poorly put together, which cause operational issues. As far as the insurance, I paid for before seeing the original vehicle I was suppose to get went bad. I prepaid for the 07 Infinity, saw how poorly that vehicle was on the inside, I choose not to purchase that vehicle. I was not able to switch the insurance to the Cadillac the same day. Following day I had the insurance switched over to the Cadillac, as I stated previously before, the vehicle had issues. Then due to the continuous of vehicle issues the insurance company refused to place insurance on the Altima, stating the cars were not reliable. I had to pay for another policy with another insurance provider once again, information was forwarded to Isaac Motors. This shows you exactly how poor business is provided through or with Isaac Motors. I asked for a vehicle that was worth my $1700, the owner Isaac stated that he wants $800 more. The particular vehicle he wanted more money for had low mileage with no mechanical issues. Instead of providing good quality service, the business is all about gaining financial services. He didn't want to work out a deal for a reliable car, he just wanted more funds. Which shows in the response, rep is responding about payments, not a resolution to provide assistance with resolving the vehicle issues. How am I able to make a payment on time if I'm spending money on repairs. The rep stated in the response that the car showing only maintenance, which only would appear if the vehicle needed service. If the vehicle didn't need service, the maintenance wouldn't appear correct. Isaac Motors offered to fix the issues but wanted more money. The contract states "As Is" as far as the way the car looks, not the service & maintenance of the vehicle. I did not sign a contract that states if the car breaks down or need service repairs it'll come out my own pocket. Neither did I sign a document that states I will not receive my down payment back. Nothing in the contract with my signature shows that I would be responsible for repairs for the vehicle. This business has a lot of bad reviews reporting that their vehicles are not reliable. Previous customers reported on their website that their vehicles has broken down as well. I currently have pictures, videos and receipts showing all services lights that are on.I'm not asking for the funds I paid out if my own pocket. I'm asking for my down payment back so that I can purchase a vehicle that's reliable to take care of my child.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]

is contract. We believe that this complaint is fake as it is not common sense that there is a transmission light in her dash as there is no such thing. That would only appear in a code. She had no check engine light on, only maintenance required that gave no codes. The Ac just needed a can of freon. We switched her car the next morning at no cost to her for an 08 [redacted] that she drove and liked but now has missed a first payment already for. Also insurance coverage was not added on the car which is a contract requirement. We do every effort to please and satisfy our customers needs even though she has signed an AS IS non-refundable contract. Thank you
