It was a wonderful product with an even better priceHowever, the customer service was subparIt was my first time ordering with this companyEven though I reached out multiple times for help, I was either outright ignored or made to feel incompetent.This was our response:I reviewed your communications and am taken back by your reviewDuring a week period, you made requests thru our website and almost every one was a different scenarioDuring this time we sent proofs with all pricing and instructionsDuring this entire period, I personally answered your emails times and you were sent multiple proofs with pricing scenariosI do not see any of your emails that were not answered promptlyWhen you did place your order and received it a few days later, you emailed your concern that all of your product was not shippedI simply asked that you open all of your boxes and let me know if you were shortedYour order was shipped in days, and delivered days later on the 22nd and I did not hear back from youI am very sorry but I am at a loss what I or my staff could have done any more thorough to make your experience any betterWe offered this client every appology we could think of and explained that she might be better off with the personal contact that a local shop could offer There is no way we are going to expose ourselves to a $8,- $10,order from the client only to take the risk of having it refused and absorb that loss Only goes to prove you simply can not satisfy everyone all the time We have 100's of reviews complimenting our Customer Service.and Tell us why here
