As of today (10/16/2015) I have exhausted all reasonable efforts for Global Expo Tranz (Joe *** to re-imburse the overcharges for the prepaid freight my company paid for the AWFS trade show in Las Vegas in Global Expo Tranz had no problems requiring immediate payment for the initial shipment, or when there was a weight adjustment by the carrier However, when the freight moved between locations and was weighed at different stages, there were significant weight discrepancies I brought this to the attention of Joe *** and was assured in multiple emails and a face to face discussion this would be corrected More than a dozen emails later and nearly months of trying, still nothing Global Expo Tranz overcharged my company significantly for the freight they handled They were NOT true to their word, and made no actual attempts to remedy this situation I will avoid all future use of their services and warn others to do the same

I have arranged Trade Show Freight and also have received International Freight Quotes from Joe. I have found that Joe and his staff are responsive to all of my requests and they ensure on time delivery of every shipment. If the Staff at Global Expo Tranz tells me that the freight will be at it's destination on a given date, it is there. They will go out of their way at any time of day to assist you as needed. Global Expo Tranz is also very competitive when it comes to shipping costs.
