advertising on the internet, claim they were the best price and/or they will match any competition price I should have known/suspected the fact they REFUSED to give me a price over the phone when other locksmiths did was a red flag but I overlooked that because on the internet they stated they were the most affordable and/or will match any competitor's priceWhen their locksmith came to open my bedroom window, he totally disregarded that and wanted to charge me $because he didn't believe the lock could be picked, it had to be drilledAfter addressing my concerned and bringing up the fact other locksmiths told me it could be done for $he told me THEY were lying but somehow he managed to picked it openI thought they were going to beat the competition price not discouraged me from following suit with themAt this point I had already close to hour despite them telling me it would be minutes, their price said $but they charged me $80, and they follow thru with

Locksmith who came claimed the deadbolt was high securityStated the charge would be $and did not seem to have the knowledge about the job
Service Date: 3/19/
Caller: ***
Credit Card holder: ***
Locksmith: "Aaron"
Aaron came to assist in unlocking the door to my apartmentAfter a few minutes of trying with a basic tool he stated the deadbolt was "high security" and needed to try a different method that would cost moreI asked how much, he stated $I had used another locksmith company for the same issue months ago, and was only charged $90, and the locksmith was able to unlock the door in less than minuteI told him I did not want to pay that amount because that was unreasonable based on the other company's charge and said I would call them if that is what he was chargingHe asked me what I was charged by them and after I told him, he said he would price match themHe proceeded to try a different method and state

I lost my keys to my car and needed a replacement key so I could drive home for the nightMy spare key was in my apartment
An alleged locksmith showed up, damaged my driver's door entering my car, setting off the alarm,;had to pop the hood, disable my hornThen he proceeded to drill out the lock from my trunkWhen all was done, he left my trunk permanently damaged, never made me a key for the car, left me stranded and a gaping hole in the trunk of my car where the locking mechanism should have beenNo effort was made to actually create a key for me, just a lot of damage which the local *** dealer cannot even repair

I called dispatch and was advised there would be a $service fee and when I asked how much the service would come out to I was told the technician would give me a quoteI looked online and noted the starting fee for the service I needed was $35, my job was very simple so I decided to proceed with serviceThe technician arrived and instantly started working on my doorHe put two inflatable balloons in the door frame and used a small blue crow bar to pop the door openHe never quoted me a price as he instantly started working and within two minutes max he was done and had begun totaling the cost of the jobHe told me I owed him + + (175) I asked him why and where the additional fees came fromHe explained that because it was a "rush" job and it was SundayI disagreed and we argued but I paid him so that he would leave my propertyI called the office to request a partial credit and they all told me they wouldn't and that I should have called before paying the tech

The online prices for service charge was not listed with expected rang and as a result the price was actually double of the "starting" price
I got locked out of my car so I go online to look for a locksmithThe website showed starting prices for service and time so I place an order for the servicesHoping arriving the technician informs me that the overall cost is twice that of what is showing online with no indication as to whyThe service overall was about expectedI call back to inform the company of the discrepancy, thinking that the sight may just be out of dateBut the customer service agent merely stated that the prices are only starting prices and their is nothing she can doFurthermore there is no corporate contact info online and *** offered no information on the company when searching it by nameThe whole thing seems intentionally misleading and unfair to customers looking for the best price for similar services

This company sent a technician who claims prices are higher than they should be and overcharges customersDeceitful business practices
On 3/24/locked my keys in my car and called this business for them to unlock itThey said it costs around for the service call and to open the doorWhen the tech arrived he starts working then stops and says it now costs for the door and for the service and has to be paid in cashBasically taking advantage of me because I said I had to get to workSo I hadnto reluctantly payLater I called the shop back asking why their tech charged me and they said he shouldnt have it should have been for the door plus for serviceWhen I asked to speak to a manager they said one wasnt aroundI will call again tomorrow

On 12/28/Needed a residential locksmithAd online:Its only $for a service call and house lockout $ start at $Technician arrived said $
On 12/28/I accidently locked myself out of my houseI looked online for a locksmith and found Locksmith Pros, Ad says $for a service callI called them and asked about the $charge; then they said it is for the tech coming out to house plus there is a starting labor cost of $Ad says, unbeatable prices; minute arrival time; wrong it took the tech minutes to arriveAs soon as the technician arrived I as him, (before touching my house)how much will the service cost, he said $I told him whyHe said, "its a security lock"I said "all houses have a security lock on them, it is not a bathroom lock"Secondly, I told him what their ad says and dispatcher said it would be about $depending on the serviceI told him to not touch anything I have other locksmith companies I called, (*** $a
