I was signed up against my authorization for a monthly charge for this service as well as a $4.95 "processing fee".I was suppose to be for a gift certificate for the fee which never arrived. When I called and complained, the first 2 operators told me they were powerless to give me a credit - that they had hired a third party to and I would have tp pursue that party. Even though I was calling from my bank supplied statement that had their contact information as the company who charged my card, they continued to deny they had any ability to issue a credit. After getting to a third level supervisor, they finally agreed to issue a credit and stop any future billings. Very deceitful practices
