This is the worst transaction my wife and I have ever made pertaining to her business She purchased a bill of goods from this Company last year almost to date at the Realator convention Since that time she has worked with at least different account managers and has given them numerous different things for the website, which is only asked after she inquiries about the progress She was asked to purchase an IDX product through the Greater Baton Rouge MLS so that they could add it to the website and she still cannot even use because there is no website to speak of Every time she tries to reach the company she is always told that they will get back to her with progress and ask the same question that has been answered At this point we have seen no progress or for that matter even a page for the website She has paid over $2,for nothing at all At this point I feel like I could have had a kid at LSU do this website and we would at least had a site to work with This company is a complete scam in my opinion and have taken the money and run

If I could give ZERO stars, no let me take that back, if I could give NEGATIVE stars, I'd give the most negative amount of stars possibleI just had my webiste deployed after I invested $7K in their custom website package.......over years agoYeah, are you piecing that togetherOver years ago, they took my $7K and have only now delivered a product (not a finished product, but something that resembles a website)So after literally years of wrangling with AgentImage I now have a website that went live that is WORSE then the website I had before I hired AgentImage I GOT RIPPED OFF! And guess what, THEY DON'T CARE
Before I got into real estate, I was a software engineer, so I have technical know-how of what needs to happen to build out a websiteFirst off, these guys do nothing specialThe site sits on Wordpress, a free, open source platform that anyone can go downloadSo all you real estate brokers/agents out there who think AgentImage just built you something special, think again! They basically downloaded something that's free off the Internet and installed it for you, slapped on some cool graphics to make it feel "custom", and took your money laughing all the way to the bank
When I asked these guys to do some real "custom" web development, like create a custom SQL db for each of my communities, they fell flat on their faceThey only know how to download and install other people's pluginsThere is no custom code being developed
I was told my site would be completed in weeksIt took months, and it's still not complete, but I'm done doing business with AgentImageDays and weeks pass without anything happeningEmails are ignoredThese guys are experts and putting lipstick on a pig and calling that web developmentDon't be fooledPlease, don't be fooled

She was asked to purchase an IDX product through the Greater Baton Rouge MLS so that they could add it to the website and she still cannot even use because there is no website to speak of. Every time she tries to reach the company she is always told that they will get back to her with progress and ask the same question that has been answered.
