Agent Jay’s Moving

Agent Jay’s moving packed two trucks for our long distance move. We provided all the needed materials, including moving blankets. The items that were wrapped in moving blankets (secured either by plastic wrap or tape) arrived in fine condition. Even though we provided more than enough blankets, several items were not wrapped in them. There items were scratched and gouged severely.

I contacted the company shortly after our move was complete and provided photos of items still on the truck, before it was unloaded at the destination, as well as as photos of the individual furnishings that were damaged. The photos clearly show items that were packed without blankets and the damage that resulted. However, despite my attempts to resolve this with the company, as of yesterday they have refused to take responsibility for not packing the items correctly and professionally.
