I am rejecting this response because:
I do not see a response to my concerns anywhere in this forum. This problem still exists...it is leaching into my credit realm and I am losing job opportunities due to their incompetent mortgage posting methods. I spent another hours, on the phone ,this weekend to no avail...same response as always; they will send it to their escalation department. In the interim, I am reciving fooreclosure information from their mortgage group

Review: Agfirst Farm Credit collects Tax and Insurance escrow money with my mortgage payment each month, I have never made a late payment. But they are not paying my taxes in a timely manner, and sometimes not at all. The Fall 2012 taxes were never fully paid, went into collection, and I had to pay the tax and penalties out of pocket. Now, the Fall 2013 tax has not been fully paid, has gone into collection, and I have received notice of Lien pending on April 30, 2014. They already deducted the payment from my escrow account, but never paid the taxes.

I have emailed & called Customer Service several times. They will not let me talk to anyone in the tax or escrow department. Nobody ever calls me back. When I talk to a customer service agent, they just forward information to the Tax Department but never take any action nor call me back.

The 2012 tax & penalties paid out of pocket was $171.71

The current 2013 unpaid tax & penalties amounts to $4,098.09, with more penalties mounting.Desired Settlement: 1. Pay the taxes without deducting more from my escrow account

2. Pay the penalties from your own funds, not my escrow account

3. Reimburse me for the $171.71 I already paid.

4. Discontinue collecting escrow money with my mortgage - I will pay my own taxes.

Review: this bank collects mortgage payments paid on time, does not post them/claims them to be lost, sends the payee delinquent notices, then makes it impossible to resolve without a plethora of audit trail required from payee. several times a year...Desired Settlement: I want my mortgage payments posted on the day the bank receives the money, all interest and late charges credited, and an apology letter (from the bank)to send to all of the corporations to which I have applied for employment.
