To whom it may concern, I am * *** for Aggies Bakery, the customer is correct that my staff did tell her they are unable to authorize a return on an orderWhat she didn't tell you is that she violently returned the cake to my ** *** old retail service clerkShe pushed it with such
force that our plastic tip jar that is attached to our register system fell to the ground and brokeI had to talk to both of my employees who only work on the weekends to see what happened, I then had to talk to the owner to see what he wanted to do about itWith the customer behaving as she did we decided to refund the money in full back to Square as she had also put a request for a return in through themShe did not once try to contact me directly at the bakery to discuss the matterHer money would have been refunded much quicker through my online back office account but based on the route she took it has to go through themIt states that it is still pending through my square system which is the picture that I am attachingI believe square says that it has days to return the money to her, but I have done the best that I can to return her moneyI am very sorry that she was unhappy with her cake, I am still not 100% sure of why it was wrong or what exactly happened, I was never able to see the cake because when she returned it, it was destroyed and had to be thrown awayAs *** *** I do my best to make sure my customers are happy, unfortunately not everyone who purchases from us will be, and she gave us no chance to really correct the situationMy staff have been informed on what they should be doing when something like this happens again

If you look at the picture I attached to my last response you will see that I submitted for you to get a full refundIt says the funds will be held until the dispute is resolved by the CUSTOMERS bankI no longer have your money as I have returned it to your dispute fileI am very sorry that you had this situation happen, again I have spoken to my staffI was the NOT the manger that was called the day you were at the bakerythat was my cake manager who DOES NOT Have access to refund online ordersI had to see what the whole situation was before I could do any refunding, and you disputed it with the credit card company and filed a complaint with the Revdex.com without even attempting to talk to meI hope that you get your money back from your bank soon

What an absolute LIAR.When I took the cake the first time I ACCIDENLTY hit the tip jar!!!!!I was so frustrated at that point.The staff stated they would pick it up.That is when I went out in my car and called my mom and she did not want the cake.I returned again.Cake was fully in tact!It wasn't even opened!!!It was NOT destroyed.This mananger NEVER once called me about this issue.She knew what was going on.Her staff called her that same day, but she refused to do anything about it or speak to me.She stated it would have to wait till Monday.No ONE EVER called me back on Monday.You did not refund me my money.I reported you to the Revdex.com & my credit card company.The order CLEARLY stated online that I wanted CREAM CHEESE FROSTING.I have the packing slip and the order is still on your website.Your employees made it with BUTTERCREAM.You did absolutely NOTHING to correct this situation.You did not speak to me on that day when your employee called you.Your employee's lied about the frosting on the cake when you could clearly see it was buttercream.You were going to let me drive away with an incorrect cake and ruin my mother's birthday.Istead of offering to make a NEW cake with the correct frosting.You think it is ok to rub off the buttercream frosting and put cream cheese on top of it.I WANT A FULL REFUND
